Giavanni Ruffin + Eric Thomas = Mind Blown

Reed Horton checked in recently and sent us this video to add to our series on inspiration.  Took a while to get it posted, but better late than never.

Enjoy, and peel around for more Eric Thomas on YouTube, but only if you've already worked out today.

Training With The Italian Women's Team

Not a huge number of women featured in the last training video (read: "no women in any capacity in the last training video"), so here's one to balance things out.  Frederica Brignone puts her GoPro to good use in the gym and on the hill.  Some really cool ideas for dryland if you've got access to some basic gymanstics equipment, and, my lord, are those stubbies?!  Hmmm, maybe they're not just for J4's any more.

Back on the Horse

It's September, which means that it's time to put down the golf clubs, put away the tanning oil and flip-flops, and get back to work.  That said, here's the first installment in our new series of training videos to help you get off your ass and into the gym.  Enjoy, and if you have your own similarly themed training clips, by all means send them in.
